About Me
I have a broad range of experience in civil and appellate litigation, with a reputation for excellent client service, high quality advice and a focus on results.
Prior to joining the bar in late 2026, I had over 10 years experience in private practice. I have worked in different firms (from small suburban firms to top-tier firms), where I have advised and represented clients in a full spectrum of disputes, including trust and estates. relationship property, insolvency, insurance and land disputes.
I undertake general civil litigation work, with a focus on trust, estate and relationship property litigation. I currently sit on the Lawyer for Subject Person panel, as established by the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 for all courts in the Wellington region.
I am a legal aid provider (Civil and Court of Appeal / Supreme Court) and take on some fixed fee, contingency and pro bono work, in appropriate cases. I am a member of the NZLS Trusts and Estates Committee and the New Zealand Fiji Business Council. I am an author for LexisNexis and have presented seminars for the New Zealand Law Society and LegalWise.
I am also admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Fiji and Tuvalu, and have a strong interest in Pacific legal systems.
